Triumph Consultants are looking for a reliable Stores Operative to support the daily running of their client's Stores and the Waste Transfer Station, ensuring materials are received, stored and delivered safely and efficiently. Contract is for 5 months in Gateshead NE8 3EN.
Pay Rate: £13.26 per hour PAYE
Hours per week: 37.5 Monday - Friday
Key requirements
- Previous Stores, Waste or Warehouse experience.
- Ability to use IT systems to record stock and material transactions.
- Ability to work safely and follow health and safety procedures.
- Forklift and telehandler experience is desirable.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, check and issue materials to staff and work sites.
- Prepare material kits and deliver materials and PPE across Gateshead.
- Maintain stock levels and update records accurately.
- Operate forklifts and telehandlers to move materials and waste safely.
- Keep Stores and the Waste Transfer Station clean, tidy and safe.
