Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an Export Sales Regional Manager to join the HR Team at Triumph Motorcycles, the UKs largest motorcycle manufacturer and a global leading heritage brand. Based out of our UK Headquarters in Hinckley Leicestershire, the territory includes some distributors in Europe and the Far East. Mastering a foreign language could be beneficial in certain markets. You will represent Triumph Motorcycles Limited working with independent distributors to pursue the company’s commercial and strategic objectives and ensure the prescribed programmes are implemented.
Responsibilities
- Travel once to twice per quarter, with some weekend travel possible.
- Represent the brand with distributors to drive commercial development and performance; set key business goals and support distributors to achieve them.
- Analyse sales data to evaluate performance, propose promotional activities, and ensure activities align with corporate brand standards.
- Manage and develop distribution or dealer networks at a national or international level.
- Provide marketing and sales support to strengthen distributor relationships and growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in international business; automotive experience is advantageous.
- Proven experience in managing and developing distribution or dealer networks at national or international levels.
- Degree level education desirable; ability to build strong relationships and deliver marketing and sales support.
- Experience analysing sales data to evaluate performance and propose promotional activities.
- High flexibility/adaptability and a passion for motorcycles.
