Key Responsibilities
- IT Asset & Device Management
Maintain accurate records of company computers, mobile devices, accessories, and technology inventory. Coordinate equipment setup and distribution for new hires and employee transfers. Track device shipments, returns, and asset assignments. Conduct periodic audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance. Assist with computer procurement, replacements, and equipment lifecycle management. Manage company asset tagging and inventory documentation. Maintain records for company‑issued mobile devices and assigned users. Assist with mobile device orders, upgrades, activations, and account changes. Update user and location information within mobile management platforms. Support administration of Apple Business Manager and Workspace ONE. Perform monthly audits to ensure mobile device records remain accurate. - Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
Support onboarding activities, including technology setup and account coordination. Process employee offboarding requests and ensure recovery of company assets. Maintain onboarding and offboarding tracking systems and documentation. Coordinate with managers and internal departments to ensure a seamless employee transition process. - Systems & Administrative Support
Assist with scheduling platform administration, including maintaining employee profiles and calendars. Support company reporting by compiling and maintaining operational data. Provide general administrative support for IT and Systems initiatives as needed. - Purchasing & Forecasting Support
Generate and maintain weekly and monthly inventory and sales forecasting reports. Prepare, update, and organize forecasting files and supporting documentation. Monitor purchase order status and update records with supplier and shipping information. Maintain accurate ETA, production, and shipment tracking information. Assist planners with purchase order creation, modifications, transfers, and documentation. Support drop‑ship and special‑order purchasing activities. Maintain purchasing records, notes, and supporting documentation to ensure visibility and accuracy throughout the procurement process.
