This market leading shower company is looking for an experienced Customer Service Engineer ambitious to join their field team. Reporting to the Customer Experience Service Manager, the incoming Customer Service Engineer will be responsible for servicing showers in end users’ homes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience in servicing electrical equipment to put their skills to good use with a growing and profitable company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out repairs on customers’ premises to the full range of company products.
- Perform required safety tests on all installations in line with current Customer Service testing practices and procedures.
- Location of site visits will be in the South East (ME, CT, DA, BR).
- Carry out repairs to a standard that ensures product is safe and fit for purpose in line with current Customer Service guidelines.
- Conduct all repairs within allocated timescales whilst maintaining professional standards of workmanship.

The Person
Key skills and qualities of a Customer Service Engineer:
- A ‘can do’ and flexible attitude is essential
- Professional attitude respecting people and property at all times
- C&G, NVQ, 17th or 18th edition or equivalent electrical certification - full product training will be provided, however possession of electrical qualifications is essential
- Knowledge of domestic plumbing would be a distinct advantage
- Eligibility to work within the UK
- A full UK driving licence is essential
