This is an outstanding opportunity to join a market‑leading UK manufacturer with a dominant position in the domestic shower market and a growing footprint across social housing, local authority and specification‑led channels.
Following a strategic regional restructure, Triton has combined its Northern England and Scotland territories into a single region. The business is now seeking a high‑calibre Regional Sales Manager to lead, stabilise and grow performance across this strategically important area.
The role carries full responsibility for regional sales delivery, customer engagement and team leadership, with a strong emphasis on social housing, refurbishment, adaptations, voids and selected private development projects. The region represents one of Triton’s most significant opportunities for continued growth, margin improvement and specification penetration.
Suitable candidates will have a proven track record in regional sales leadership within building products or consumer products sold into social housing, contractors, merchants or developers. Specific product knowledge is less important than credibility, experience leading external sales teams, channel knowledge and experience and the ability to lead regional performance effectively.
Candidates should be based within the region and be comfortable with regular regional travel. Occasional visits to their head office in Nuneaton will also be required.
