We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Handyman to join our team. The role provides an excellent opportunity contribute to the ongoing success of our company within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Role Description

As a Handyman, you will support site teams in the delivery of restoration projects through general repairs, maintenance, and logistical tasks. This role is ideal for a practical, adaptable individual and offers opportunities for training and skill development within a specialist restoration environment.

Skills & Experience Requirements

  • Valid and current work visa for the United Kingdom
  • Proof of qualifications, including a NVQ and/or City & Guilds certification in a relevant trade
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • A valid CSCS card
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance within a construction environment
  • Clean UK driving license
  • Demonstrated experience working on occupied and sensitive sites
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Exception attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Strong initiative and problem solving abilities
  • Excellent organisational and customer service skills
  • Ability to provide three professional references

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice to clients throughout the project lifecycle from conception to completion
  • Assisting with managing site teams to ensure compliance with health & safety, staffing, and materials
  • Overseeing project delivery to meet high-quality standards and programme objectives
  • Identifying and reporting cost variances between budgeted and actual expenses
  • Coordinating with third parties, including engineers and architects to ensure project success
  • Supervising and managing sub-contractors effectively
  • Preparing valuations and final accounts
  • Handling administrative and scheduling tasks as required
  • Ensure the Risk Assessments and Method Statements are thoroughly understood and correctly implemented on site
  • Triton may on the odd occasion require you to perform other duties within your capabilities and assist in other departments in order to meet business needs
