Join Tritium’s UK Spares team as a Warehouse Operator based in Coventry. You will play a key role in the movement, storage and presentation of raw and finished products, supporting spares, logistics and wider supply chain activity. The role focuses on safe, accurate handling and on-time delivery performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Safely store and present products in line with company procedures.
  • Operate forklifts accurately; high reach, Bendi and order picker experience desirable.
  • Pick, pack and palletise work orders, global transfer orders and sales orders.
  • Load and unload trucks and shipping containers.
  • Liaise with Logistics for parcel booking and docket labels.
  • Report, clean up and document any warehouse damage.
  • Perform daily checks on warehouse equipment and report faults.
  • Work to Standard Operating Procedures to meet quality and productivity targets.
  • Assist the UK Spare Parts Manager with daily functions and team tasks.
  • Contribute to team planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promote and follow health, safety and environmental requirements at all times.

Skills and experience

  • Proven warehousing experience and familiarity with standard warehouse practices.
  • Forklift licence; experience with high reach, Bendi and order pickers desirable.
  • Comfortable using scanners and ERP/WMS systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to liaise across teams.
  • Organised, able to plan work and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Strong problem solving and fault-finding aptitude.
  • Automotive or defence sector experience is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge and application of industrial and personal safety behaviours.
