Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Assembly Technician experienced in electrical mechanical engineering to oversee the assembly process in our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the assembly team, ensuring that all products are assembled accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the assembly team to ensure production goals are met
• Train new employees on assembly processes and procedures
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the assembly process
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Associate degree/HND/HNC in an engineering related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Electro-Mechanical assembly or manufacturing
• Proven leadership experience including coaching and mentoring
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to machinery operation
