The Role

As a Client Service Account Manager, you will be the heart and soul of Tritility, helping our customers by keeping in regular contact to ensure we deliver the best customer journey from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first‑time resolution by building sustainable relationships with clients
  • Upsell our products and services
  • Handle and resolve client complaints
  • With 100% accuracy, keep excellent records of client interactions within the CRM
  • Communicate and coordinate with other internal departments to resolve client issues
  • With 100% accuracy, maintain your client diary
  • Adhere to all company and regulatory policies and processes
  • Ensure set KPIs and SLAs are exceeded

The role will be based onsite at our Jarrow office (NE32 3DP) with standard working hours of Monday‑Thursday: 8:30am‑5:00pm and Friday: 9:00am‑3:00pm. Yes, you read that right, no evenings, no weekends and an early finish on a Friday!

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 12 months’ experience as a Client/Customer Service Account Manager
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in cross‑selling and up‑selling when dealing with customers
  • Energy experience is not essential but would be an advantage
