About the role
As a Client Service Account Manager, you will be the heart and soul of Tritility, helping our customers by keeping in regular contact to ensure we deliver the best customer journey from start to finish.
You will
- Provide first time resolution by building sustainable relationships with your clients
- Upsell our products and services
- Handle and resolve client complaints
- With 100% accuracy, keep excellent records of client interactions within the CRM
- Communicate and co ordinate with other internal departments to resolve client issues
- With 100% accuracy, maintain your client diary
- Adhere to all company and regulatory policies and processes
- Ensure set KPIs and SLAs are exceeded
The role will be based onsite at our Jarrow office (NE32 3DP) with our standard working hours of Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm and Friday: 9:00am-3:00pm.
Yes, you read that right, no evenings, no weekends and an early finish on a Friday!
Your experience
This position would suit a Client/Customer Service Account Manager with a minimum of 12 months’ experience in a similar role and would be a perfect fit for someone who has:
- Experience in using Microsoft Office products in particular Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in cross-selling and up-selling when dealing with customers, ideally you will have experience in identifying and developing further opportunities with our customers.
- Energy experience is not essential but would be an advantage.
