Overview
We\’re looking for a motivated Software Engineer to amplify our client\’s mission and join a thriving team based in Southampton.
You won’t just be helping to build cutting‑edge technology, you’ll be influencing the future of robotic operations. Joining this growing team means working alongside innovators, engineers, and creatives who thrive on solving tough problems and pushing boundaries together.
In this role, you become a driving force within the Engineering function. Your work will power our products, shape new solutions, and support the full lifecycle of projects from concept and development to upgrades, delivery, and deployment.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Developing real time control systems
- Building sophisticated software for mission critical technology
- Collaborating with engineering teams
- Design reviews, testing, simulations and planning
- Strong C++
- Real time or Embedded Systems (RTOS, Bare Metal or Linux based platforms)
- Resilience, adaptability and ability to be versatile
- Previous experience with Engineering products, robotics or control systems
- Ability to be SC Cleared
