We have a new and exciting opportunity to support our client's national technology rollout, and we are hiring multiple Field Service Engineers to join a growing UK team. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining advanced capital equipment that will soon become a familiar feature in local environments nationwide. This is a hands‐on, customer‐facing position where your technical expertise and problem‐solving skills will directly support the success of a major sustainability initiative.

Key Responsibilities
- Install capital equipment at customer sites.
- Train store teams on machine operation and best practices.
- Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance.
- Attend breakdowns and complete timely, professional on‐site repairs.
- Submit accurate digital work reports.
- Maintain safety standards and complete housekeeping documentation.
- Conduct system audits and on‐site evaluations.
- Support warehouse capacity planning in collaboration with Sales.
- Manage spare parts storage and stock levels.
- Ensure all company equipment is kept secure.
- Comply with all Health & Safety requirements.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Field Service Engineer (installation & maintenance).
- Strong IT and system‐integration skills.
- Good understanding of mechanical and electronic processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using email, online platforms, and completing digital inductions.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Positive, proactive 'can‐do' attitude.
Additional Requirements
- 2+ years' experience working with Linux.
- 3+ years' engineering experience.
- Ability to commute to the role's operating region.
- No visa sponsorship available.
- Must be authorised to work in the UK.
Working Conditions
- Monday to Friday as standard.
- Occasional evening and weekend work required for installations or urgent service.
- Flexible working arrangements available.
