What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the product roadmap for a key autonomous systems product line
- Align engineering capability, programme needs, and long‑term product direction
- Act as the bridge between engineering teams and customer‑facing stakeholders
- Translate operational requirements into clear, prioritised product definitions
- Maintain technical and functional coherence across multiple programmes
- Hold ownership of product requirements, backlog, and acceptance criteria
- Support programme delivery with product‑level decisions and trade‑offs
- Contribute to bids, proposals, and product positioning
- Communicate strategy, priorities, and rationale across diverse teams
Who You Are
- Proven experience in product management or a similar technical leadership role
- Background in software, robotics, autonomy, maritime systems, or complex engineered products
- Able to understand and challenge system architectures and technical decisions
- Comfortable in delivery‑led, programme‑driven environments
