We’re now looking for two Key Account Managers who can blend technical understanding with commercial instinct. Someone who builds trust, nurtures long‑term partnerships, and thrives in a purpose‑driven environment will be the perfect match for this role.

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be the face of the company for some of their most important customers. You’ll combine technical sales expertise with relationship‑led account management, ensuring our partners get the most from their solutions while identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety: one day you’ll be on‑site with a major customer discussing system performance, the next you’ll be shaping proposals, analysing data, or collaborating with engineering teams to deliver improvements.

  • Managing and growing key customer accounts across retail, commercial, and public‑sector partners
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and translating technical capability into clear commercial value
  • Identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities through insight, relationship building, and proactive engagement
  • Working closely with technical, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and ongoing performance
  • Supporting the rollout of new systems, upgrades, and sustainability initiatives
  • Providing accurate forecasting, reporting, and account plans

Experience in technical sales, account management, or solution‑led commercial roles

Strong relationship‑building skills with a consultative, customer‑first approach

Commercial awareness and the ability to spot opportunities for growth

Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder‑management skills
