  • Support programme delivery with product‑level decisions and trade‑offs
  • Contribute to bids, proposals, and product positioning
  • Communicate strategy, priorities, and rationale across diverse teams

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in product management or a similar technical leadership role
  • Background in software, robotics, autonomy, maritime systems, or complex engineered products
  • Able to understand and challenge system architectures and technical decisions
  • Comfortable in delivery‑led, programme‑driven environments
  • Strong communicator who can align stakeholders and drive clarity
  • Collaborative, curious, and motivated by meaningful impact

Desirable Extras

  • Experience in maritime, autonomous vehicles, or remote platforms
  • Exposure to bids, proposals, or regulated markets (defence, government, etc.)
  • Ability to balance customer needs, delivery realities, and long‑term product leverage
  • Experience scaling products across multiple programmes or regions
