What You’ll Be Doing

  • Architecting and developing embedded Linux solutions for custom hardware platforms
  • Building and configuring Yocto-based Linux distributions
  • Integrating device drivers, kernel modules, and middleware for real-time applications

  • Optimising performance, security, and reliability across embedded platforms
  • Supporting product lifecycle from concept through to deployment and maintenance

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience in embedded Linux development (Yocto, Buildroot, or similar)
  • Proficiency in C/C++ and shell scripting
  • Familiarity with kernel-level debugging, bootloaders (U-Boot), and device trees
  • Understanding of networking protocols and secure communications
  • Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cross-compilation toolchains
