About the Role
You will work as a Seasonal Nursery Worker alongside our Supervisors and Team Leaders. Your main goal is to help produce our high-quality crops. However, you do not need previous experience. Instead, we want a positive, can-do attitude. Furthermore, you must be willing to learn.
We offer fixed-term contracts. These start between February and March. Finish dates are flexible. They generally land around July. However, we may extend them until October.

Key Responsibilities
We will train you to do various nursery tasks. These tasks help us meet our business goals. For example, your duties will include:
- Despatch: You will select and label plants. Then, you will pack them for customers.
- Production: You will use potting machines. We also use seeding trays. Sometimes, you will hand-pot young plants.
- Plant Care: You will water and weed the crops. Moreover, you will trim plants to ensure quality.
- General Duties: You will move trolleys. You might drive mini-tractors (training provided). Above all, you must keep the site clean.
Occasionally, we may ask you to help at our sister nurseries.
Working Hours
Shift Times: 07:45 – 16:15. Rota: The nursery is open 7 days a week. Consequently, you will work weekends on a rota. We may consider part-time options.
Who We Are Looking For
- Reliable people with attention to detail.
- Someone who enjoys teamwork. However, you must also work well alone.
- You need the physical ability to do manual tasks.
Requirements: Finally, you must have a valid right to work in the UK.
