The BDM plays a vital role in developing sustained growth in the commercial market. The BDM will be responsible for the management, development, and growth of a strong network of loyal customers in their area.
- Identify and target potential business clients, including builders, contractors, and retailers, through market research and networking.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals, ensuring all aspects of the deal align with company objectives and policies.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Monitor and share market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

Requirements:
- Prior commercial experience within the façade industry.

- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Full, clean driving licence.
- Experience in estimating/tendering projects in the façade industry.
- Strategic mindset with a strong data-driven approach, along with analytical and targeted strategies and problem-solving skills.

Salary: Circa £55,000 + £12K Bonus + Discretionary Bonus + Robust Benefit Package + 36 days holiday.
