The BDM plays a vital role in developing sustained growth in the commercial market. The BDM will be responsible for the management, development, and growth of a strong network of loyal customers in their area. Identify and target potential business clients, including builders, contractors, and retailers, through market research and networking.

Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals, ensuring all aspects of the deal align with company objectives and policies. Provide exceptional post-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.

Monitor and share market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software. Attend events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote company products and services.

Prior commercial experience within the façade industry is required. Developed sales approach based on building long-term, valuable relationships, with the ability to understand customer needs and proactively present tailored solutions. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is essential. Full, clean driving licence is necessary. Experience in estimating/tendering projects in the façade industry is preferred. Strategic mindset with a strong data-driven approach, along with analytical and targeted strategies and problem-solving skills are important.

Benefits Package: ~28 days holiday per year + 8 days bank holiday (January – December).
