We are working with a well-established and highly regarded manufacturer within the façade and fenestration sector, who are continuing to invest in their specification and commercial capabilities across the UK.
As part of this growth, they are looking to appoint an Architectural Advisor / Business Development Manager to take ownership of the Scottish region, driving specification and developing relationships across the architectural and construction community. This is a key role focused on early-stage engagement, technical support, and converting specification into secured projects.
The Role
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, developers, and main contractors
- Deliver CPDs, technical presentations, and product awareness sessions
- Influence project specifications at design stage and support through to completion
- Provide technical advice on drawings, performance requirements, and system solutions
- Produce and support NBS specifications and technical documentation
- Work closely with internal sales and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Track and manage project pipeline across your region
