We are currently working on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded façade / cladding manufacturer seeking to appoint a commercially focused National Specification Manager as part of its continued growth strategy.
This is a national role focused on securing specifications across major architectural and construction projects throughout the UK, working closely with architects, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders from early design stage through to project conversion.
Key Responsibilities:- Securing product specifications on major projects nationally
- Building relationships with architects, consultants and specifiers
- Delivering CPDs and technical presentations
- Tracking projects through specification to order
- Supporting project stakeholders throughout the lifecycle
- Developing strategic relationships within the architectural community
- Proven specification sales experience within façades, cladding, building envelope or construction products
- Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building ability
- Existing relationships within the specification / architectural community
- Technically credible with strong presentation skills
- Self-motivated and capable of operating nationally
- £70,000–£80,000 basic salary
