I'm currently working with a well-established and growing business within the building envelope sector looking to appoint two Business Development Managers due to continued growth.
These are contractor-facing sales roles focused around developing relationships, generating new business opportunities and managing projects across the roofing, cladding and wider construction market. The business has a strong reputation within its sector and offers a technically-led product range alongside solid operational and commercial support.
The Role
- Develop and grow regional sales activity
- Manage relationships with contractors, OEMs and key stakeholders
- Drive both new business and organic account growth
- Manage projects from enquiry through to order
- Work closely with internal technical and commercial teams
- Identify opportunities within roofing, cladding and building envelope applications
Ideal Background
- Experience within roofing, cladding, façades or building envelope products
- Comfortable developing pipeline and managing projects commercially
- Technically credible with strong relationship-building skills
- Ambitious, proactive and commercially driven
Package
- Basic salary up to c£60k DOE
