A national housing association are recruiting an experienced Property Operations Manager to join a leading housing provider on an initial 6-month contract .
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the delivery of responsive repairs, planned investment, major works, voids and estate services while developing long-term, high-performing contractor partnerships.
The Role Reporting to the Assistant Director of Responsive Repairs Capital Investment , you will provide operational leadership across a regional portfolio, ensuring high-quality, customer-focused services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with organisational objectives.
