TristoneNash are proud to be working with an ambitious Social Housing provider to assist them with the recruitment of their new Property Operations Director on a permanent basis to oversee their repairs, maintenance and building safety departments. You will be supporting the development of strategic plans and then leading their delivery, whilst comfortably driving operational improvements that demonstrate value for money, increase customer satisfaction and ensure full legal compliance with landlord safety requirements. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to solve problems and ensure key metrics are delivered. You will also effectively lead and oversee property health and safety servicing compliance (M&E, Fire, Asbestos, etc) bringing your detailed understanding of statutory landlord safety and of the requirements of the Building Safety Act. Previous experience of working in the Social Housing sector at a senior level is essential, coupled with a proven track record of leading a successful Repairs and maintenance service.
