Fire Safety Team Leader Permanent We are looking for an experienced Fire Safety Team Leader to lead a team of Fire Safety Technicians and Electrical Engineers, ensuring fire safety compliance across a social housing environment. This is a key role where you'll oversee fire risk assessments, inspections, contractors and improvement projects, while managing risk, driving performance and helping to ensure residents live in safe homes. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 8 fire safety professionals. Manage the Fire Risk Assessment programme and ensure remedial actions are completed within agreed timescales. Oversee fire door, emergency lighting, fire alarm and other safety inspection programmes. Manage a fire safety budget of approximately £600k. Manage contractors, consultants and fire safety improvement projects. Develop project specifications and support procurement activities. Maintain accurate compliance records and produce management reports. Support the development of fire strategies, policies and procedures. Deputise for the Fire Safety Manager when required.
