We're looking for an Asset Delivery Surveyor to join a forward-thinking Property Place team, delivering planned investment programmes and capital projects across a varied housing portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity to manage projects from inception through to completion while working with contractors, consultants and customers to deliver high-quality homes and outstanding customer service.
About the Role Reporting to the Asset Delivery Manager , you'll take responsibility for delivering planned investment and capital works projects, ensuring schemes are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Working across multiple projects, you'll oversee contractors on site, monitor performance and ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
