Rate:Β£33 per every completed survey

We are looking for experienced Stock Condition Surveyors to support a large housing association with a programme of approximately 400 property condition surveys.
/n
/n
/n
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveyor looking for a high-volume contract.
/n
/n
/n
/n
/n
The Role
/n
You will be responsible for visiting residential properties and completing comprehensive stock condition surveys, recording the condition of key building elements and identifying any required repairs, maintenance or investment needs.
/n
/n
/n
Your responsibilities will include:
/n
/n
- Carrying out stock condition surveys in residential properties.
/n
- Assessing the condition of internal and external building components.
/n
- Recording findings accurately using the required survey software/system.
/n
- Identifying repairs, defects and potential future investment requirements.
/n
- Taking appropriate photographic evidence.
/n
- Providing accurate and consistent survey data.
/n
- Working professionally with residents and tenants during property visits.
/n
- Completing surveys to the required quality and timescales.
/n
/n

/n
About You
/n
We are looking for surveyors with previous experience in social housing, housing stock condition surveys, property inspections or building surveying.
/n
/n
/n
You should have:
/n
/n
- Previous stock condition surveying experience.
/n
- Good knowledge of residential construction and building components.
/n
- Strong attention to detail and accurate reporting skills.
/n
- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
/n
- Good communication and customer-facing skills.
/n
- Your own transport and the ability to travel between properties.
/n
- Appropriate professional qualifications or relevant surveying experience.
/n
