Tristone Nash are working with a large provider of affordable housing to assist them with their search for an Asbestos Project Manager on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for designing, managing, and successfully delivering a range of asbestos remedial programmes in a timely, cost-effective manner and to a high standard.
Duties will include: Specifying, scoping, producing and project managing programmes of work from inception to delivery for compliance requirements across the entire operational area of the housing association, ensuring all works are executed on time, in budget and in accordance with regulatory requirements Carrying out audit inspections to ensure all works are delivered in accordance with agreed specification and quality standards ensuring compliance with Health Safety legislation and policies and procedures.
Ensuring excellent standards of customer care are applied to each contract.
Dealing with all relevant customer queries /or complaints in a sympathetic, pragmatic, and prompt manner as per agreed policies and procedures.
Recording and reporting any risks, issues, sharing lessons learned during the project lifecycle.
Completing stock compliance survey audits ensuring records are accurate and suitable for requirement.
