This is a pivotal leadership role, shaping strategy, ensuring compliance and driving high-performing, resident-focused services across asset management, repairs and maintenance. You will work closely with the Executive Team and Board, leading a large, multi-disciplinary service and delivering transformation through data, innovation and strong commercial leadership.
