TristoneNash are working with a provider of social housing, who are looking to recruit a Stock Condition Administrator / Scheduler to fulfil a 4-month temporary contract working with a small team of stock conditions surveyors. This temporary role will play a key part in maintaining accurate housing records and decisions with regards to maintenance and repair.
Duties will include:
- Assisting with the administrative tasks related to stock condition surveys and housing maintenance records – for example sending out notification letters to customers regarding upcoming appointments
- Scheduling in stock condition survey appointments to enable the surveyors to fulfil the programme of works planned
- Updating and maintaining accurate records of property conditions in the housing database
- Processing data from stock condition surveys, including inputting results and generating reports
- Liaising with surveyors and customers to coordinate access and resolve queries related to stock condition surveys
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations on housing stock data
- Managing email and postal correspondence related to stock condition administration
Knowledge and Experience required to fulfil this role:
- Experience in providing administrative support within a housing or property management environment
- Experience of scheduling in works programmes
- Experience of data entry and maintaining databases
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with various departments and customers
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office applications, with the ability to generate reports and manage data
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
