Electrician Permanent | 2 positions available We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Electrician to join a busy property and maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity to carry out a varied range of electrical repairs, installations, testing and maintenance work while making a positive difference to local residents and communities. Key Responsibilities Carry out electrical repairs, installations, rewires and new circuits across domestic and commercial properties. Complete electrical testing, inspections and relevant certification. Maintain and test fire alarms, emergency lighting, smoke alarms and door entry systems. Diagnose and repair electrical faults, heating controls and associated systems. Ensure all work meets current regulations, health and safety requirements and agreed timescales. Work collaboratively with colleagues, contractors and residents. Support and mentor apprentices and other team members. Participate in an out-of-hours callout rota. About You You'll have: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent Inspection & Testing qualification. AM2 or equivalent. Completed an electrical apprenticeship or equivalent experience. Experience in electrical testing, inspection, maintenance and fault finding. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A full UK driving licence. Benefits Up to 12% employer pension contribution. 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, increasing to 30 days after three years.
