Multi Trade Operative - Social Housing

Our client, a leading affordable housing provider are seeking multi trade people to join their established repairs and voids maintenance teams on a permanent basis\\nYou must be able to undertake a range of routine domestic maintenance repairs including the following trades: Basic Plumbing, Carpentry, Joinery, Painting/Decorating, Plastering, Wall and Floor Tiling and Roofing.\\nYou will need the ability to plan, prioritise and manage your own workload to achieve deadlines.\\nYou will have the ability to effectively use hand-held electronic devices.\\nCompany Van and Fuel card provided\\nIt is essential / desirable you have the following criteria:\\n * Time Served / NVQ Qualified or equivalent\\n * Full driving licence\\n * Ideally previous work experience on domestic properties, ideally within the social housing environment
