Key Responsibilities Carry out a wide range of repairs, maintenance and refurbishment works within empty properties. Complete carpentry, plumbing and general multi-trade tasks. Identify additional repairs and resolve issues proactively. Undertake internal and external works, including communal areas, fencing, gardens and grounds maintenance. Manage your own workload to complete works safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Work alongside colleagues, contractors and supervisors to minimise void turnaround times.
