We are looking for an organised and proactive Healthy Homes Senior Disrepair Planner to play a key role in coordinating complex disrepair cases and ensuring residents receive a responsive, customer-focused service. You will lead a team of Disrepair Schedulers, coordinate inspections and works, manage contractor relationships and ensure cases progress efficiently from initial inspection through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of Disrepair Schedulers.
- Coordinate complex disrepair cases, inspections and remedial works.
- Optimise trade diaries and allocate resources effectively.
- Liaise with contractors, surveyors and internal teams to keep works progressing.
- Monitor workloads, deadlines and legal/regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accurate records and compliance information are maintained.
- Use data and performance information to identify risks and improve service delivery.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
- Resolve issues and competing priorities while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Support continuous improvement across the Healthy Homes and Disrepair service.
About You
You will be highly organised with experience in housing, repairs, disrepair or property maintenance, and confident coordinating.
