Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will lead the resident and property safety function, ensuring compliance programmes are well managed, risks are effectively controlled and residents feel safe in their homes. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Resident Safety Team, providing clear direction, support and technical leadership. Oversee statutory compliance programmes covering fire, gas, electrical, asbestos, water hygiene and lifts. Ensure inspections, servicing, risk assessments and remedial actions are completed and properly evidenced. Lead on Building Safety Act requirements, including building safety cases, safety case reports and resident engagement. Manage and monitor specialist contractors, ensuring quality, performance, safety and value for money. Maintain accurate compliance data and provide clear performance, risk and assurance reporting to senior leadership. Manage resident safety budgets, programmes and resources, identifying and addressing delivery or financial pressures.
