The New Homes Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting with reservations for direct sales to exchange of contract and legal completion within agreed timescales whilst liaising with purchasers, brokers and solicitors and other relevant staff for sale completions. Additional duties will be: Support to the sales process to ensure sale of properties go through smoothly and within required timescales; Cooordinate all shared ownership sales and marketing activities: Attend site sales meetings on a regular basis and compile progress reports This is an exciting opportunity for a new homes sales professional to join a organisation who have an increasing build programme and who are helping customers within their community to get on the property ladder.
