A leading capital markets fintech platform is seeking a Senior Account Manager / Director to manage and expand relationships with global financial institutions across the EMEA region. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on securities finance experience (securities lending, borrowing, collateral management, balance-sheet financing, or agency lending) who want to transition into a client-facing commercial role within financial technology.

You will own a portfolio of enterprise clients, responsible for renewals, relationship management, and expansion across securities finance workflows. The role focuses on helping financial institutions improve efficiency, risk management, and regulatory outcomes through technology, data, and trading solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with enterprise securities finance clients across EMEA
  • Drive renewals and identify opportunities for additional product adoption
  • Develop structured account plans aligned with client strategies and market activity
  • Engage senior stakeholders across trading, treasury, risk, operations, and technology teams
  • Partner with product and client success teams to deliver strong client outcomes
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in securities finance (securities lending, borrowing, collateral management, financing, or prime brokerage)
  • Experience within banks, broker-dealers, agent lenders, or capital markets technology firms
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Fluency in English and one or more additional European language(s), preferably French or German
