As our customer base continues to grow, we are looking for a Key Account Manager to play a crucial role in managing and developing relationships across our portfolio of clients, with a particular focus on Purchase Warrior - our Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) procurement platform - alongside other triSaaS systems.
The Role
This is a strategic client-facing role focused on managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of triSaaS customers. You will take ownership of key accounts across our platform suite, helping organisations maximise the value of our software while identifying opportunities to expand adoption across additional modules and products. A key focus of the role will be supporting the continued growth of Purchase Warrior, our Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) platform, working closely with customers to improve purchasing visibility, streamline supplier management, and optimise procurement processes. You'll work closely with key decision makers within customer organisations to help them get the most out of the triSaaS platforms, ensuring the systems are delivering real value across their operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong operational experience within hospitality who is looking to transition into a client-facing role within a fast-growing SaaS company.
What We're Looking For
It is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working as a General Manager, Area Manager, Operations Manager or Procurement Manager, who is looking to transition into a client-facing technology role in a Monday-to-Friday office environment. Key attributes include:
- A warm, outgoing personality and the ability to build strong client relationships
- 2+ years' experience in a management role within hospitality or a multi-site environment
- Strong understanding of operational processes within hospitality
- An understanding of digital platforms or operational systems (P2P systems experience is a bonus)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A commercially minded approach with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- A motivated, goal-oriented mindset and enjoyment of working towards targets
What You'll Do
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of triSaaS key accounts
- Play a crucial role in the continued growth and success of Purchase Warrior, our (new) P2P platform
- Support customers in maximising the value of the triSaaS product suite
- Identify opportunities to expand platform adoption and grow account value
- Work with senior stakeholders within client organisations to drive strategic use of procurement and operational technology
- Help customers optimise procurement workflows, reporting, and purchasing visibility
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, working closely with our Product team to share feedback, highlight industry needs, and help shape future platform development
- Promote new system features, product updates, and platform capabilities
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Onboarding, and Commercial teams
- Monitor account performance and report on customer health, engagement, and growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate account records within CRM and internal systems
Commission: 10% commission on all account revenue growth
