Triptease is seeking an experienced HR leader to run the full People function with direct reporting to the CEO. You’ll own payroll, HRIS, employee relations and benefits across multiple countries, shaping policies and data-driven people operations.
You’ll build managers, scale the organisation, and introduce AI-enabled tools to make People processes faster and more effective while partnering with senior leadership on culture, engagement and performance across the business.
