About the Role:

At South Glos, we are immensely proud of the skills, abilities, and compassion of our social workers and wider team members – demonstrated even more so during the challenges of the pandemic. We’re now looking for an experienced Team Manager to join our 0–18 Children with Disabilities Team, where you will provide support, recognition, guidance, and professional oversight to an experienced and dedicated group of social workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As Team Manager, you will provide strong leadership and support to enable your team to deliver high-quality assessments, care planning, and interventions for disabled children and young people, as well as their families and carers.
  • You will play a key role in creating a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and reflective practice. Through regular high-quality supervisions, effective team meetings, and audit-driven monitoring, you will help shape a high-performing and compassionate service.
