The London Borough of Bexley is seeking a committed and experienced Social Worker to join our Looked After Children team. This role focuses on providing stable, high-quality support to children and young people in care, ensuring they have every opportunity to reach their full potential.

You will manage a dedicated caseload, working closely with foster carers, residential providers, and birth families to champion the best interests of every child.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating and implementing robust care plans that prioritize stability and permanence.
