About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Children with Disabilities Team in Salford. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with children and young people with complex needs, supporting them and their families to achieve positive outcomes. You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload, undertaking assessments, and delivering high-quality, child-centred interventions in line with statutory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of children with disabilities and complex needs
- Undertake Child and Family Assessments and develop care plans
- Work in partnership with families, carers, and multi-agency professionals
- Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met and risks are effectively managed
- Contribute to reviews, meetings, and care planning processes
- Maintain accurate and timely case records
