About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our Assessment Team in Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of the team, ensuring that assessments are conducted efficiently and effectively within a timely framework. You will work closely with other professionals to deliver high-quality services, using your knowledge and experience to support individuals in need of assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Case holding – Around 18 cases
- Undertaking C+F assessments, Care planning, presenting cases at strategy meeting/CIN meeting/CP conference and LPM.
- Completing risk assessments
- Wishes and feelings work with children
- Assessment visits to families
- UASC initial processes (C+F to initial looked after review)
- Responding to duty tasks
- Information gathering from multi agency partners to inform assessment
- Lone working
- Preparing meeting reports and minutes of meetings
- Gathering parent and child feedback
