The Role:
You will support children and families from referral through to intervention, managing a diverse caseload across the full safeguarding pathway. This is a frontline, varied role ideal for Social Workers who enjoy working across different stages of intervention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete Child & Family Assessments
- Manage cases across:
- Child in Need (CIN)
- Child Protection (CP)
- Children in Care
- Public & private law proceedings
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and partner agencies
- Work within a relational practice framework
- Collaborate with integrated support services to improve outcomes
- Maintain accurate and high‑quality case records
