Tripod Partners are recruiting an experienced Social Worker to join a Local Authority Duty & Assessment Team, on an hourly rate of £42 per hour, for a minimum 6-month contract.

The role follows a one worker, one assessment model with embedded specialists supporting holistic family work.

You will manage Child and Family Assessments, contribute to duty coverage, and apply a strengths-based approach while ensuring timely, accurate records and evidence-based decisions.
