Rochdale Family Support and Protection Service need enthusiastic and committed Advanced Practitioners to come and work with us!
Advanced Practitioners are vital in our service and support our Social Workers and the Team Managers in the operational management of the team.
Advanced Practitioners support us with the performance and quality of the service and this is a great opportunity to enhance and build management skills while continuing to work with children and families with a reduced caseload.
Rochdale is currently in an exciting transition into the families first model.
This is a really exciting time for Rochdale and we need Advanced Practitioners to support us in implementing this transformation to ensure children receive the right help, at the right time, so they can safely remain within their families wherever possible.

Requirements
- We are looking for 2 agency workers who have significant experience in child protection work, including family safeguarding and completing care proceedings.
- Significant experience with good compliance, recording and timely completion of work.
- Significant experience in support of ASYE’s in the workplace.
