Family Safeguarding Social Worker – Up to £42/hr – Surrey

• Location: Guildford, Reigate, Woking, Weybridge
• Pay Rate: Up to £42 per hour
• Contract Type: Full-time, Contract

About the Role:

As a Family Safeguarding Social Worker, you will work with children and families to reduce risks, improve outcomes, and keep families together wherever safely possible. You’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary team using motivational interviewing and a strengths-based approach to achieve lasting change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of children in need, child protection, and court proceedings
• Build strong, meaningful relationships with children and families
• Work collaboratively with other professionals in health, education, and mental health Ensure high-quality assessments, plans, and interventions
• Contribute to service development and innovation within the team
