Social Worker – Young People\\\’s Safeguarding team – Peterborough – £40 ph

  • Location: Peterborough
  • Working Pattern: Hybrid – Minimum 2 days in the office (including duty days), with flexibility for visits

Overview

About the Role:

As a Social Worker in our team, you will:

  • Undertake Section 17 assessments and develop effective support plans
  • Carry out direct work with young people and their families
  • Manage risk and provide targeted interventions around:
  • Mental health Exploitation and abuse
  • Edge of care Reunification Risks outside the home
  • Work closely with multi-agency partners to achieve positive outcomes
