Overview
About the Role:
As a Social Worker in our team, you will:
- Undertake Section 17 assessments and develop effective support plans
- Carry out direct work with young people and their families
- Manage risk and provide targeted interventions around:
- Mental health Exploitation and abuse
- Edge of care Reunification Risks outside the home
- Work closely with multi-agency partners to achieve positive outcomes
