Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) to join a Talking Therapies Service for a locum assignment. This is a great opportunity to work within a high-performing IAPT team in the heart of Lancashire. This role is on site with no scope of remote working. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct initial welcome and assessment calls for new referrals * Deliver Step 2 low-intensity CBT-based interventions * Complete and document risk assessments at every clinical contact, escalating appropriately * Maintain accurate, timely clinical records using IAPTUS * Participate in regular clinical supervision and caseload management * Update your diary and appointment availability in advance * Signpost or refer clients to other services when outside the scope of Talking Therapies What We’re Looking For: * Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (Postgrad Certificate required) * Experience in an NHS IAPT or Talking Therapies service * Confident in conducting assessments and delivering low-intensity interventions * Familiarity with IAPTUS is a plus * Strong knowledge of risk and safeguarding procedures Submit your CV today quoting ref: PWP1 or get in touch with our team to discuss this role and similar opportunities
