Tripod are currently recruiting for a Lead Occupational Therapist to work in Hereford. Paying up to £45 an hour. Working Hours - Full time preferred. Duration: ASAP - Ongoing.

This interim role will provide cover for our Independent Living Service (ILS) and will oversee the Community OT (locality) functions, including blue badge. Another critical aspect of this role will be focusing on service improvement and implementing recommendations from the recent review of the service.

In this position, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Council’s aims by delivering high-quality services and contributing to projects that benefit the local community. This involves collaborating with colleagues across departments, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. They will be encouraged to take the initiative, work independently when required, and uphold our values of integrity, respect, and innovation.
